Sensei Sandeep Desai  is the first Indian to be authorized by 19th Generation Chinese Grandmaster Zhu Tian Cai and  Grandmaster Chen Zhonghua to teach the original Chen Style T’ai Chi in India

Sensei Sandeep Desai has studied Karate, (Okinawa-Japan-1989) T’ai Chi (Chen village, China- 1998), and Ashtanga Yoga from Shri KPJAYI Yoga Shala  (Mysore-India), all from the original source. Sensei has been teaching across India and abroad for more than 30 years.

By practicing these two ancient disciplines for health and healing, you can improve your physical strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing stress and anxiety.

Ashtanga yoga includes a series of standing postures that require balance and stability, which can be improved by practicing Chen style Tai Chi’s slow, deliberate movements.

Join us for 21   Days intensive training combining  T’ai Chi Moves , Yoga postures and Meditation.We are also offering, thrilling outdoor activities such as Himalayan treks, river rafting, and the world-famous Ganga Aarti at the Ghats of the sacred Ganges River.

7am – Breathwork, Meditation

7:30 am  Ashtanga Yoga Asana, guided practice (“Mysore style”)

10:00 am – Brunch

Evening

 

4.30 pm – T’ai Chi moves with Qigong Meditation

7.00 pm – Guided Meditation

7:30 PM  – Dinner

Satsang and Optional one to one session with Master

Sensei Sandeep Desai is the master of T’ai Chi, Ashtanga Yoga and Karate with several international accolades to his name. Sensei is the only Indian, authorized by 2 legendary Grandmasters from China to teach the Original Chen style T’ai Chi in India.
