Foundation IIISilk Reeling Movements
Learn the spiraling essence of T’ai Chi.
This stage refines coordination and teaches the continuous circular motion that links mind, body, and energy.
Silk Reeling bridges the gap between Chi-building practice and the classical form.

Foundation IVThe First 13 Moves of Chen Style Yilu
Express the art in motion.
This final stage unites everything you’ve learned — alignment, Chi flow, and spiral energy — into the first 13 movements of the traditional Yilu form.
Graceful, powerful, and meditative, this is where your practice becomes living art.

Sensei Sandeep Desai is India’s first teacher certified by two Chinese Grandmasters in Chen Style T’ai Chi — Grandmaster Zhu Tian Cai and Grandmaster Chen Zhonghua — and by Saraswathiji of KPJAYI in Ashtanga Yoga.

A world record holder with over 45 years of devoted practice, Sensei Desai has dedicated his life to sharing the transformative power of movement, breath, and awareness.
