“The principle of Tai Chi is quite contrary to the Western forms of overcoming force. No pumping iron or pressuring your muscles into the look-good, feel-hard- bulges “like Salman Khan” which is rather difficult state to maintain and which makes you look good in swimsuits but need not necessarily keep your system healthy. Stress-free is the operative word here.”
