• 6:00 to 6:30 am: Gratitude practice, Mantra chanting, and sitting Meditation
 
• 6:30 to 7:30 am: Kundalini Pranayama and Kirtan/Dance
 
• 7:30 to 8:00 am: Reflection time
 
Breakfast:
 
• 8:00 am
 
Morning Session:
 
• 9:00 to 10:00 am: Joint loosening movements
 
• 10:00 to 11:00 am: Qigong Session
 
Free Time:
 
• 11:00 am to 12:00 pm:  Self-Study

 

Lunch:
 
• 12:30 pm
 
 

Afternoon Session:

 
• 2.00 to 3:00 pm: Yoga Nidra
 
• 5:30 to 4:00 pm: Tea and snacks
 
• 4:00 to 5:30 pm: T’ai Chi form training
Evening Session:
 
• 5:30 to 6:30 pm: Anatomy and Physiology with a few Asana practice
 
• 6:30 to 7:00 pm: Free time
 
Dinner:

Sensei Sandeep Desai is the master of T’ai Chi, Ashtanga Yoga and Karate with several international accolades to his name. Sensei is the only Indian, authorized by 2 legendary Grandmasters from China to teach the Original Chen style T’ai Chi in India.
